Casa de Campo da Quinta da Pegada

This place was beyond what I imagined. Newly refurbished/renovated, it was immaculate and just beautiful. The service was top-notch and the owner went above and beyond to ensure our stay was a lovely one. The location was perfect and just a ten minute walk to the historic town centre which was hustling and bustling with activity and yet, the hotel itself was serene and tranquil. The amenities were great, the room lovely but I’ve deducted one star because the air conditioning unit in our room leaked constantly and soaked my suitcase and personal items before I realised what was happening. I mean soaked, sopping wet! This was my only gripe and the owner was extremely apologetic and offered us the use of an extra room free of charge for the rest of our stay. That man and his sister were a delight! I feel kind of mean deducting that one star so please try and ignore it. I loved this place so much that I’ve recommended it to anyone who’s willing to listen to me wax lyrical about it. The hotel, its owners and the town itself. I plan on going back there real soon. Adorei a estadia na Quinta da Pegada. A casa é antiga, mas foi recentemente remodelada com muito cuidado, mantendo o charme original e oferecendo todo o conforto. O ambiente é muito calmo e acolhedor, perfeito para relaxar depois de explorar Óbidos. O quarto era confortável e bem equipado, e o anfitrião foi sempre simpático e atencioso. A localização é excelente, a poucos minutos a pé da zona histórica. Recomendo muito para quem quer uma estadia tranquila e de qualidade em Óbidos.

Casa coloniale appartenente alla stessa famiglia da più di 300 anni e da pochi anni quasi totalmente ristrutturata. In posizione volendo strategica per arrivare al centro di Obidos a piedi.. con una camminata di 15/20 minuti. La ristrutturazione è davvero degna di nota.. edificio e camere molto belle e accoglienti, al momento non servono la colazione ma offrono ai loro clienti frutta fresca e qualche refresh .

This is a lovely place to stay. We found it when our hotel got cancelled for no reason. It was 7:30 at night; they still had the front desk open, and a live person answered my call. We love the place, which is like the castle we saw in the morning. I feel like a princess living in a historical castle. Not only a farm right beside, their plants are all real! :)

We stayed at Casa de Campo da Quinta da Pegada in Óbidos. The hotel is very good—recently refurbished, beautifully decorated, and very clean. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We booked our room through Booking.com and accidentally selected the wrong date. We couldn’t reach Booking.com, so we contacted the hotel directly. The staff kindly helped us change the date internally, which we really appreciated. Excellent service and a very pleasant stay.

Grande descoberta. Anfitrião, Francisco, muito simpático tivemos uma corrida no dia seguinte e permitiu que depois da corrida pudéssemos tomar um banho de água quente alargando o horário de checkout. Cama muito confortável e quinta muito bonita. Obrigado

Desde a primeira à última pegada que demos em Óbidos, sentimos que fomos fortemente acolhidos. A Quinta da Pegada é um espaço com uma herança histórica familiar e detalhadamente lindo de se experienciar. Sempre atenciosos, disponíveis e amáveis connosco. É, certamente, um sítio para voltar.
